This entry is just a simple guide showing how easy it is to post tenders on Tenders.Africa. As you know Tenders.Africa exists to make tendering simpler and more efficient. We designed this website so that we can add value and make users more productive. As part of this, our design focused entirely on creating a website that was not just friendly to use, but one that does not have clutter and only provides pertinent and actionable details.  
With this is mind, here is a simple step by step guide on how to post a tender on our website:

1. you have to be registered as client to be able to post tenders on our web;
2. once you have registered as a client, click on the post button on the top corner of the top menu bar; then
3. from the post tender page, select the name of the client you will be using; finally
4. through the tender post page, you will be asked to enter the following details about your tender:

• • Category*
  • Tender Title*
  • Tender Reference Number
  • Tender Type (i.e. Open Competitive, Open National Tender (ONT), International Open Competitive etc)*
  • Project location *
  • Project Due date and Time *
  • Recepient’s Name and Address *
  • Tender Description *
    * indicates a required field
    

After you submit the form, that is it, your tender will appear on our homepage as well as the respective country and category page for the whole world to see.
