3.       Pre-Bid meeting and a site Visit will be held for Lots 1 at Kimba Payam Headquarters, Central Equatoria State on the 7thOctober 2011, at 10.00AM South Sudan time.
 
For Lots 2 at State Ministry of Health in Torit, Eastern Equatoria State on the 9th October 2011, at 10.00 AM South Sudan time.
 
For Lots 3 at State Ministry of Health in Torit, Eastern Equatoria State on the 9th October 2011, at 10.00 AM South Sudan time
 
For Lots 4 at State Ministry of Health in Yambio, Western Equatoria State on the 7th October 2011, at 10.00 AM South Sudan time
 
For Lots 5 at State Ministry of Health in Yambio, Western Equatoria State on the 7th October 2011, at 10.00 AM South Sudan time
 
For Lots 6 at Kimba Payam Headquarters, Central Equatoria State on the 7th October 2011, at 10.00 AM South Sudan time

4.      Bids must be delivered to the above office on or before2:00 PM on 26th October 2011 or send electronically to bids.juba@undp.orgwithin the specified time. (Total size of email should not be more than 2MB). Late bids shall be rejected.
 
5.       Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders’ Representatives, who chose to attend at the address, date and time indicated in the Bidding Documents.
